PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
An architectural design solution is aiming to maximize the use of wasted urban area and striking the balance between social needs and commercial imperatives within the space in order to create a new public promenade under elevated rail viaducts. Uses and programming at these sites should serve to connect communities, inspire bold design solutions to site specific challenges, generate economic activities, and improve the urban condition which will increase accessibility and attractiveness of Dubai Metro.
Architectural Objectives
